The “Strength and Sculpt” program is an eight week hybrid program. This program was designed to create a blend between both traditional hypertrophy and strength training. Each training day will start with a percentage-based strength movement, and then finish with a host of hypertrophy-centric movements. There is a fifth optional training day that employs barbell and kettlebell complexes. As always we are showing love to our home workout warriors. The home workouts are also operating on a four-day split, and they too will have an optional fifth day. The home workouts are done in an E.M.O.M. fashion, and the fifth optional day is core-focused. We feel as though this program combines the best of both worlds, and will ultimately leave you feeling stronger and more sculpted than ever.

We do our best to write programs that tailor to most individuals and their unique gym setups. GYM WORKOUT SPLIT & LENGTH

Gym program has a 4 day split with optional 5th day:

+ Day 1: Chest & Biceps

+ Day 2: Quads & Glutes

+ Day 3: Shoulders & Triceps

+ Day 4: Back & Hamstrings

+ Day 5: Optional Full Body Day

Average Workout Length: 40-70 minutes

HOME WORKOUT SPLIT & LENGTH

Home program has a 4-day split with optional 5th core circuit day:

+ Day 1: Upper Body & Abs

+ Day 2: Lower Body

+ Day 3: Upper Body & Abs

+ Day 4: Lower Body

Average Workout Length: 20-40 minutes
