The “Strength and Sculpt” program is an eight week hybrid program. This program was designed to create a blend between both traditional hypertrophy and strength training. Each training day will start with a percentage-based strength movement, and then finish with a host of hypertrophy-centric movements. There is a fifth optional training day that employs barbell and kettlebell complexes. As always we are showing love to our home workout warriors. The home workouts are also operating on a four-day split, and they too will have an optional fifth day. The home workouts are done in an E.M.O.M. fashion, and the fifth optional day is core-focused. We feel as though this program combines the best of both worlds, and will ultimately leave you feeling stronger and more sculpted than ever.
