Hybrid Vol. 1 is a 10-week program focused on improving strength, endurance & body composition. TRAINING SPLIT

This program boasts a 3-day training split with 3 optional run days for both home & gym:

- Day 1: Full Body
- Optional Day 2: Interval Run or Speed Day
- Day 3: Full Body
- Optional Day 4: Recovery Run or Test Mile
- Day 5: Full Body
- Optional Day 6: Long Run


The home workouts have the same split as the gym workouts but are DB only! If you have a home gym, you can pick and choose from both home & gym workouts depending on the equipment you have available to you!

WORKOUT LENGTH

Home: 25-30 min

Gym: 40-60 min
