SHRED VOL. 1
Shred Vol. 1 is a 10-week hypertrophy challenge program focused on gaining muscle, strength, improving overall body composition & getting absolutely shredded! This program includes BOTH home and gym workouts as well as an optional mobility/cardio day & an optional conditioning day! Our goal is to be efficient within our training sessions in the gym while also increasing our movement the rest of the week to increase calorie expenditure! As always, your diet will be the MOST important factor in determining your results - don't worry, we have lots of information included for that too!
For this program, instead of having two 5-week phases we will have four upper and four lower training sessions that will be rotated over the course of ten weeks! We thought this would be a nice change of pace for those of you that get bored with the same sessions week after week. You will obviously repeat sessions at some point but it’ll be every other week versus multiple weeks in a row!
