The "SPRING SCULPT" challenge is an eight week hypertrophy-centric program! This challenge would be a great fit for anyone wanting to transform their physique, get in shape before summer & be supported by the best community!

The workouts in this challenge workouts will be centered around trying to increase lean muscle mass & improving overall body composition. There is a greater emphasis on glute-centric training in this program.The gym program boasts a 4-day split with an optional 5th: lower, upper + core, lower, upper + core, & optional full body! 

As always we are showing love to our home workout warriors. The home workouts are also operating on a four-day split, and they too will have an optional fifth day. The home workouts are quick dumbbell only workouts performed in a circuit or mini circuit fashion! The fifth optional day is full body just like the gym! We feel as though this program is a great fit for absolutely anyone, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey!
