POWER VOL. 1
Power Vol. 1 is a 10-week PERCENTAGE BASED program focused on improving maximal strength in the squat, bench, and deadlift while also providing ample hypertrophic stimulus in the form of bodybuilding type exercises. Both the home & the gym programs operate on a four day split consisting of two upper and lower body sessions each. Additionally, there is an optional fifth full body conditioning day each week that focuses on improving both cardiovascular performance and core strength. Each upper body day also includes an optional core circuit add on!
