Transform Vol. 1 is a 10-week glute focused hypertrophy program designed to help you grow your lower half, maintain upper body muscle & whoop your booty into shape! This program is great for those looking to transform their physique, improve their strength & increase their overall cardiovascular endurance. Both the home & the gym programs operate on a four day split consisting of two upper and lower body sessions each. Additionally, there is an optional fifth conditioning day each week that focuses on improving both cardiovascular performance! Each upper body day also includes a HIIT cardio finisher!
