This program is a blend of hypertrophy and strength training, but one that will also aid in cardiovascular fitness improvements if you follow our cardio recommendations. We love utilizing a blended approach when it comes to training because we believe that strength and hypertrophy are not mutually exclusive, rather they’re two sides of the same coin. The training will be comprised of both compound and isolation exercises like any well rounded program should include. We do our best to write programs that tailor to most individuals and their unique gym setups.
