CHALLENGE STARTS SEPTEMBER 11TH!!!
The "Fit For Fall" program is an eight week hypertrophy program. This program is great for anyone looking to make body composition improvements while also improving strength. Each training day will include a wide array of hypertrophy-centric movements taken to or close to failure. The gym program boasts a 5-day split: Push + Core, Pull, Legs, Upper + Core, & Lower. The final upper body day of the week is optional and can be omitted if a 4-day split works better for you. As always we are showing love to our home workout warriors. The home workouts are also operating on a four-day split, and they too will have an optional fifth day. The home workouts are done in a circuit fashion, and the fifth optional day is core-focused. We feel as though this program is a great fit for absolutely anyone, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.
We do our best to write programs that tailor to most individuals and their unique gym setups.
