ADVANCED: Workouts are 60-90 minutes, you will need a gym with access to barbells, dumbbells, a hamstring curl machine, a cable machine, and a resistance band. Experienced lifters only.
AT HOME: Workouts are 30-45 min; all you need is a set of dumbbells or kettlebells and a resistance band. Great for busy moms, beginner lifters, and individuals who can’t afford a gym membership!
