The gym guide includes three 4-week phases of percentage based workouts that help implement progressive overload over the course of the 12-week program.
4-day split: squat day (glutes/quads focused), OH press day (shoulders/arms focused), deadlift day (glutes/hammies focused), bench press day (chest/back focused)
Optional 5th day full body workouts: bodyweight, dumbbell & barbell only options included!
Equipment needed: barbells, bench, dumbbells, bands.
The home guide is a bodyweight only program that includes three-4 week phases that get progressively more difficult each week. Along with that, you are tested with many different styles of circuits within the guide!
4 day split: 2 upper days, 2 lower days / week
