This is a 4-week endurance based strength training program meant to help improve body recomposition, cardiovascular health, & strength. This program has a 4-Day Workout Split (2 Lower/2 Upper) w/ Optional 5th Day as a conditioning day.

This challenge is only available until Tuesday Sept 6th. You will not be able to purchase after then, as it will not be offered. Challenge ends at the end of Sept & winners will be chosen after the deadline of Oct 2nd.
